SLEEPY  is a calming, soothing, stress reducing blend.

The essential oils in this blend can help to create a sense of peace, remove feelings of stress, calm the mind and aid a restful sleep. 

A perfect bedtime blend.

Fill your diffuser or oil burner with the appropriate amount of water and add up to 15 drops of the oil, enjoy as the scent fills your space!

During pregnancy - Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils. For External use only. Keep out of reach of children. If in contact with skin or eyes, rinse well.

TIP: Use this blend in your diffuser at bedtime accompanied by our SLEEPY room and linen mist for a little bit of extra help sleeping at night (not for children under 5)
